I love you from the moon and back...

This B&W film picture taken by Miss Kai has to be posted up! I really like it cos B&W steals my heart somehow. Black is the presence of all colours then White the absence of them. I remember repeating & relating this to Yen (or Yu?) for a period of time, I just like how it rhymes then I admit. I have this "pose" a lot of time when I am out & there is a menu. Sometimes even more awkward with the silence between choices. Or just uncomfortable since Menu Browsing usually happens at the start of my dates. =P

I make mooncakes tonight (Mon). Shanghai Mooncake with Melon Seed & Walnut and Lemon Snowskin Mooncake with Pomelo & Mango Filling! Register for their hands-on class, impromptu & spontaneous just so it will be a different Monday and that its one more to add to my "Done, Maybe Never Again list" list. As much as routine comforts me, I think I love chosen spontaneous much better. I was a terrible baker. In my mind, I am like Yen Can Bake. But in reality, I am far from even the average. Real bad but I survived with nice class mates and a helpful teacher. He whom basically mix, knelt and mold the dough alot of the mooncake for me so that I can bring decent end products home. =-) Back breaking it is and fingers are in need of a good massage and rest now. (Psst, I did knelt the dough and all but at each stage they somehow wasn't good enough and need a little help) I am a terrible photographer. Whenever I look at those food blogs, the foods looks so good! And I figures how hard can it be to take good shots of still objects. Its not easy, hence I hope I had explain the below images by me. Haha. *Will update on the taste and general feedback later on. *

-Disclaimer: Shanghai Mooncake (above) was my least assisted works. My downfall was snowskin! (below) You should see why now, one is a round ball of dough another much more delicate. Interesting Info -> There is a chocolate truffles shell with mango jelly in each snowskin as well!

I was a little too excited with the colouring hence instead of the elegant faint yellow, I got the vibrant yellow that looks a bit too much like Durian Snowskin. =(
